If you have opted to receive a scheduled order / auto-refill, you are able to cancel or re-schedule it at any time.
- Simply log in via the "Account" link at the top right of this page or click here to login directly.
- You will see the link on the left menu "Recurring Orders".
- Click the "cancel" or "re-schedule"Â link on the order you'd like to edit.
This is instant and will only affect orders that have not been charged for yet. If you have any scheduled orders please keep an eye on the emails coming from as as we send multiple notification emails prior to creating your next automated order.
Please contact support if you didn't manage to cancel an order in time and it's between payment and shipping times.
